Privacy and measurement

We want you to understand what information we use when you contact us or browse this website.

When you send an inquiry

aliaDigital, based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, receives the information you choose to share: name, email, service of interest and message. Your WhatsApp number is optional. We use this information to respond, prepare a proposal and follow up on your request.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or phone, the conversation continues on that service.

When you book a consultation

The “Book your free consultation” button opens Cal.com, where you select a time and provide booking details. We use your name, email and any information you add to prepare the consultation and manage the appointment. Cal.com and Google Calendar process the booking and confirmations; the video call takes place on Google Meet. You can review the Cal.com privacy policy.

Optional measurement with Google Analytics

We activate Google Analytics only if you accept analytics. It helps us understand which pages are viewed, which services attract interest and when someone clicks WhatsApp, email, phone or the consultation booking link. It also records inquiry starts, general form errors and successful submissions.

We do not send Analytics your name, email, phone number or message text. A WhatsApp click indicates contact intent; it does not confirm a message or sale. A booking link click does not confirm a completed reservation either.

The website disables Google signals and ad personalization. Google Analytics may use cookie identifiers for reporting after you consent.

Optional campaign measurement

If you select “Analytics and campaigns,” you allow Google Analytics and Google Ads to connect an ad click identifier (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID) with website actions such as a successful form submission. This helps us understand which ads generate inquiries. Advertising measurement cookies may be used. We do not send the details you enter in the form or enable remarketing or ad personalization.

Optional measurement with OpenAI Ads

If you select “Analytics and campaigns,” we also load the OpenAI Ads pixel to measure successful inquiry submissions. It may store click and browser identifiers in first-party cookies and associate the event with ChatGPT ads. Automatic advanced matching may detect supported contact details in the form and hash them using SHA-256 in your browser before sending them to OpenAI; these details are not shared in plain text. We do not send your message content or a sale value. You can review OpenAI measurement information.

When adding this provider, we renewed the consent request. The pixel loads only after you accept “Analytics and campaigns”; an incomplete or failed submission does not count as a lead. You can withdraw consent through your preferences.

“Analytics only” keeps advertising measurement disabled. You can change your choice through “Measurement preferences” in the footer.

Your choice

You can choose “Necessary only” and still browse or contact us. Essential functions, such as the session that validates the form captcha, remain available. We save your measurement preference in this browser.
